From selling our beautiful homes and running the marketing, to handling the accounts and day-to-day admin, she wears a lot of hats – and wears them well! With a real passion for property and a love for all things organised, Lauren helps make sure each bespoke build runs smoothly from start to finish.

John is the man on the ground making sure every Halstead home is built to the highest standard. With years of hands-on experience and a sharp eye for detail, he oversees the day-to-day progress on site, keeping everything running safely, smoothly, and on schedule. Whether he’s coordinating trades or checking the finer details, John takes huge pride in bringing our bespoke homes to life.

As co-founder of Halstead Homes, Suzanne brings the heart, organisation, and big-picture thinking that keeps the business moving forward. She’s involved in every aspect – from planning and design decisions to making sure every client gets the personal, hands-on service we’re proud of. Suzanne’s attention to detail and love for luxury living shine through in every Halstead home.

Scott is one of the founders of Halstead Homes and the hands-on man behind the business. With a wealth of building knowledge and a true passion for quality homes, Scott helped lay the foundations of everything we stand for. He’s heavily involved behind the scenes, but you’ll often spot him out and about on site, keeping a close eye on progress and making sure every home meets the Halstead standard keeping the legacy going.

Ian is our go-to guy for keeping things running smoothly on site. From making sure everything stays clean and tidy to lending a hand wherever it’s needed, he’s always there to help out. With a can-do attitude and a big smile, Ian plays a key part in keeping the Halstead Homes sites safe, organised, and ready for action.

Rob brings years of experience and a love for quality craftsmanship to every build. From structural timber work to the finishing touches, he’s all about getting the job done right. With a steady hand and a strong work ethic, Rob helps turn each design into a home to be proud of.
